In times of crisis, professional training becomes a strategic asset that offers organisations new opportunities and solutions. To this end, the University of Valencia, Microsoft and OdPe have signed a cooperation agreement to create the international post graduate programme Executive Masters in Project Management with Microsoft. This initiative is aimed at training professionals in the sector of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on an international scale to become project managers certified by the foremost professional associations of project management and by Microsoft.
Both managers and directors of ICT departments as well as project managers, managers or consultants who belong to this sector are destined to lead the change in their organisations from functional organisations to an organisation managed entirely by projects. Microsoft is aware that this change is not possible without suitable professional training. For this reason, Microsoft chose the Executive Masters in Project Management with Microsoft so that ICT professionals would be able to acquire the skills in project Management that are necessary to complete this mission.

Our courses aim to take advantage of students’ talent and activate their emotional and knowledge capital accordingly in order for them to position themselves within their organisation. The MPMA is designed as an open forum of ideas, experience and knowledge in which each student plays an active role and is responsible for his/her own learning process. OdPe proposes constructive, adapting, self-led and cooperative self-teaching by way of a multi channel professional training system that facilitates both individual and team work. Students acquire a semi-professional status during this process by working on the conflicts in their organisations and attempting to find solutions.
Our self-led method of learning is based on a dynamic and open conception of and feedback from the courses themselves. All of this is the result of six types of conflicts that project managers must confront on a daily basis:

One of the factors that is decisive for the development of the Masters in Project Management and Administration With Microsoft are the students who enrol in the programme, all of whom are professionals with proven experience.
The admission process of the MPMA aims to select the most suitable candidates for each programme to ensure the level will lead to the mutual enrichment of all participants.
The admission process of the MPMA is continuous. Students may now enrol in the 8th MPMA during the period dating from May 2009 to March 2010. If you are interested in registering, we recommend you begin the process as soon as possible, as there are a limited number of spaces.

Remember that the requisites to be admitted to the course are as follows:

-Masters: a) Professional with a minimum of three years’ experience b) Hold a stable post c) Be available for a minimum of:
- 5 hours/week during the first term
- 10 hours/week in the second term
- 5 hours/week in the third term

2. Once we have received the pre-enrolment form, we will contact you for a telephone interview (Spain) or to exchange emails (abroad). During this process we will notify you if you have been accepted or not.
3. Once we have verified your suitability through your C.V. and/or a personal interview, you will receive an email with:
A) A Final Letter of Acceptance. In this case, you are welcomed to the course and officially accepted.
B) A Letter of Non Acceptance and an invitation to enrol in the Diploma due to considering that you will not obtain a benefit from the Masters at this moment in time or that your level is too high to obtain a benefit from this Masters.
PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with the Final Letter of Acceptance in which you are informed that you have been admitted onto the course. This letter specifies the course reference number, the amount that must be paid, method of payment and the corresponding bank account (you must pay 30% of the registration fees at the beginning of the course, 35% four months into the course and the remaining 35% eight months into the course).
2. Following the indications of the foregoing letter, you must notify us that you have paid the corresponding amount by sending an email to info@master-dap.org or a fax to +34 963 691 159, indicating your name, the name of the course and the course reference number.
